Korgoth of Barbaria: Set Your TiVo

I've been telling my cartoon-loving, comic-book-reading, AdultSwim-watching friends about a new show I think is a must watch: Korgoth of Barbaria. It's an ultra-violent, post-apocalyptic, Conan-esque riot created by Aaron Springer, the lead storyboard artist from Sponge Bob (of all things). The pilot premiered back in June but I heard the series was supposed to premier in September. The Cartoon network website doesn't have much info so I'm not sure if we've all missed the second run of the pilot but they do mention that they've requested storyboards for two more episodes and they'll make a decision about picking it up after that. My Comcast DVR sucks so I've never been able to find it on the title search, but maybe one of the two people that read this can do a title search on their TiVo and let me know if anything is scheduled.

You can check it out on YouTube here ( Part 1,, Part 2, Part 3) or on the AudltSwim site here.
